Online Registration and Payments for Sports and ASB

Log in to the Online Store  to complete your registration. Then print the required reading material and signature page. This signature page, along with a current physical form will need to be submitted to office. If you haven’t already purchased one, remember to purchase your student’s annual ASB sticker in addition to the participation fee.

• Go to the Online Payment Center
  
• Sign in using your Skyward User Name and Password. Must be a parent/guardian signing in, student and/or guest accounts will not work.
• Select student
• Select Items at Students School
• Click on Athletic Pay to Participate
• Scroll to the appropriate sport, click BUY

From here you can navigate back to purchase your ASB sticker by clicking on the "Rochester Middle School" link on the "You are here" line at the top of the page, under your students name. 

• Select ASB Card Sticker, then click BUY 
• Click on Checkout 
• Click on Checkout Step 1: Additional Info 
• Proceed through student information, entering date of birth, insurance information, etc.
• At the bottom of the page, before you go to the Payment page, click on the blue link***PRINT SIGNATURE PAGE*** and please read the sport specific materials. Athletic/Activities Signature Page must be turned into the office PRIOR to participation. This contains the "Athletics/Activities Signature Page" that needs to be printed, signed and turned in and all the sport specific reading materials for you and your athlete to read.
• Click on Checkout Step 2: Payment.
